Shrewsbury man denies assaulting woman
A Shrewsbury man is to stand trial accused of assaulting a woman following an incident in the town last month.
Richard Astbury pleaded not guilty to assault occasioning actual bodily harm on the woman on November 11 this year when he appeared before Shrewsbury Crown Court, sitting at Telford Justice Centre on Friday.
