Delays after crash close to busy A5 roundabout near Shrewsbury
The road is blocked near a busy A5 roundabout after a crash this afternoon.
Motorists have been facing long delays on the approach to Preston Island in Shrewsbury after an incident was reported at 3.34pm.
The AA's traffic monitoring website shows delays heading westbound towards the roundabout.
An AA spokesman said: "Partially blocked and queueing traffic due to crash on the A5 Westbound before A49."
