Police appeal after numerous motorcycle thefts in Shrewsbury

Police are appealing for help with investigations into a number of motorcycle thefts in Shrewsbury.

PC Carl Williamson posted on West Mercia Police's Neighbourhood Matters page yesterday (Sunday) appealing for information from residents. 

The officer said he is investigating a number of motorcycle thefts that have occurred during "recent months" in Shrewsbury

The post said: "I am keen to hear from anyone who may have information relating to the theft of motorcycles in the last couple of months - if you have been in the area around the time of one of these incidents occurred and heard or seen anything suspicious. If you have any CCTV / doorbell footage which may capture the suspect(s) this is of importance to me too.

"If you have any information, please let me know by emailing our team inbox, cb.snt@westmercia.police.uk - please mark it for the attention of PC Williamson. 

"If you aren’t comfortable contacting us directly, you can pass on information anonymously to the independent charity, Crimestoppers, by calling 0800 555 111 or by visiting their website: www.crimestoppers-uk.org."
