Baschurch football pitch damaged by joyriders - prompting police appeal
Police have launched an appeal after a village's football pitch has been tore up by joyriders.

Baschurch Football Club is also appealing for information after the pitch was found damaged on Tuesday.
A spokesperson for the club said: “If anyone has any CCTV footage of the area or knows anything of the damage done, we would really appreciate hearing from you.
“Sadly, there are many young people who will be hoping they will be able to play football this weekend.”
Senior PCSO Angie Roberts of West Mercia Police said: “We are appealing to the Baschurch community for information following damage to local football pitch next to Baschurch village hall.
“The incident took place possibly on Tuesday January 28 sometime. Did you see anything suspicious or have any information that might help enquires?”
