New hearing on Shrewsbury boy, 14, struck by train

A pre-inquest review has been held on a 14-year-old boy who was struck by a train in Shrewsbury

Jeff Antwiss died on January 30 after an incident close to the Harlescott railway crossing in Shrewsbury, the hearing was told on Thursday.

The Thomas Adams pupil, of Kynaston Road, Shrewsbury, was hit by the Crewe to Cardiff train at 5.30am.

A full three-day inquest will be held later this year.
