Minsterley road to close for cabling works
A country road will be closed to traffic while overhead power lines and underground cables are installed.
Contractors from Western Power will be on site at Horsebridge Road, Minsterley, near Shrewsbury, from Monday until August 11.
The work will be predominately on Horsebridge Road but there will be some associated works on Leigh Road.
The road will be closed from The Grove to the Leigh Road island. A full closure will be in operation for as short a period as possible with access for residents only.
A road closure has been agreed with Shropshire Council for the whole duration of the works. However, Western Power will endeavour to re-open the road as soon as possible.
Warning signs for the work and the road closure will be posted ahead of the work.
