Work to prevent flooding will see road closed for five days near Bishop's Castle
A county road in South Shropshire is to be closed for five days for work to take place to prevent the route flooding in future.
The work is to be carried out this week on the road between Bishop's Moat and Cefn Einion to the west of Bishop's Castle.
It will be closed from Monday and the order will run for five days. The road will be closed between 9.30am and 4pm each day.
Traffic will be diverted via the Kerry Ridgway road and local lanes. The route will be signed.
