Talk to rail users association

The Church Stretton Rail Users Association will welcome a speaker with a lifetime of association with the railway to its Autumn meeting.

Chris Clarke is chairman of the Marches rail users association.

Now retired he started his railway career in 1961. He will talk about various aspects of his life including train planning.

His talk will be introduced by Graham Wenman who himself was involved in introducing computers to train planning.

The event will be held on Tuesday (1) at the URC Hall in Church Stretton at 2pm. Members go free with a £2 charge for non members.
