Man, 26, sent to jail for Christmas after admitting assaulting woman
A 26-year-old man has been jailed for eight weeks after admitting he assaulted a woman by beating her.
Rhys Jones, of Wigmore Street, Leominster, admitted the assault when he appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court on Friday.
The magistrates heard how Jones assaulted the woman on Wednesday last week in Herefordshire.
