Points and hefty court bill for noisy red light-jumping Skoda driver
A red light-jumping noisy driver has been handed points and a court bill of more than £700.
Zeon Dwayne Lawrence, aged 25, of Etnam Street, Leominster, was proved under the single justice procedure of using a Skoda Octavia in Hereford on July 1, 2023 with an exhaust system altered to increase the noise it made.
He was also proved to have jumped a red traffic light in Hereford on the same day.
