Dog hit and killed by car on New Year's Day - West Mercia Police seeking witnesses
West Mercia Police is appealing for information after a dog was hit and killed on a busy A-road on New Year's Day.

The incident occurred on the A49 Dinmore Hill outside of Queenswood Country Park between Leominster and Hereford, officers said.
The collision happened at around 2.45pm on New Year's Day and involved a blue Nissan Note, which collided with a dog.
Officers said the dog suffered serious injuries and died at the scene.
