Crash closes major Ludlow road
One of the main roads into Ludlow was closed this afternoon after a two-car collision.
The crash happened on the Overton Road, which links the A49 with the south edge of Ludlow, at about 1.15pm.
Police, ambulance and a fire crew were called to the scene.
Jamie Arrowsmith at West Midlands Ambulance Service said one patient was being treated for a head injury at the scene, but no one was found to be trapped in the vehicles.
A fire crew from Ludlow made the vehicles safe and police closed the road while the wreckage was dealt with.
