Top chef Claude in masterclass for Baftas

A Michelin-starred chef who owned a restaurant in Ludlow is hosting a virtual cooking masterclass.

Claude Bosi, is working with S.Pellegrino and the EE British Academy Film Awards, to live stream a cooking masterclass on Sunday, April 11.

Claude is one of Shropshire's most successful chefs – he opened his first UK restaurant Hibiscus in Ludlow in 2000 which was awarded two Michelin stars in 2004.

In 2007, he decided to relocate the restaurant to London, where he went on to reclaim the two Michelin stars in 2009.

Those taking part in the ‘Taste of EE BAFTAs’ dining experience can look forward to re-creating a stunning dish, specially devised by Claude Bosi to celebrate the best of British ingredients, all delivered directly to your door by Waitrose.

On the evening itself, viewers can join Claude from 5-6pm for the virtual masterclass in how to prepare and cook the dish, picking up exclusive tips and tricks from the culinary master.
