Crews tackle fire in Ludlow toilet bins

Fire crews were dispatched to tackle a fire that had broken out in the bins of a public toilet in Ludlow.

Two fire engines raced to the scene of the fire at Linney, at around 1.15pm on Monday.

The crews, from Craven Arms and Ludlow, found it to be a paper fire that had broken out in the bin of public toilets.

Crews donned breathing apparatus, and used jets to extinguish the fire.

The stop message, which indicated the fire is under control, was received at 1.37pm.
