Ludlow firefighters go to rescue of trapped kitten

Firefighters rushed to the aid of a tiny trapped kitten in Ludlow.

A crew jumped into action on Monday afternoon after receiving a report of a kitten stuck in rocks and undergrowth.

At around 2.50pm one crew from Ludlow fire station was sent to Coronation Avenue to help free the little feline.

Using a thermal imaging camera and torches, the firefighters worked to free the kitten.

The stop message, which indicated the incident had come to an end, was received within 40 minutes of the call.
