The development proposed by Shrewsbury-based TC Homes will see an existing two-storey concrete office and garage building on the site at Aquila House on Riddings Road razed to the ground - with a scheme of affordable homes built in its place.
The approved scheme is set to include eight one-bedroomed flats as well as two-, three- and four-bedroomed houses.
In supporting documentation, developers said the site provided convenient footpath links to Ludlow and that its location within an established residential area made it a sustainable development within the town.
