Crews tackle fire in Telford house basement
Three fire crews were sent to a fire in the basement of a Telford house.
The crews from Telford and Wellington were sent to the scene in Mill Bank just after 12.40pm today.
The crews used breathing apparatus and a hosereel jet to tackle the fire which was under control by 1.10pm.
A spokesman in fire control said the police attended to deal with traffic management and there was no one in the house.
He added that the crews were working with fire investigation.
