New B&M shop at Telford Shopping Centre to create 40 jobs
B&M is set to open a new homeware store at Telford Shopping Centre, creating 40 jobs.
The retailer said the move will signal a welcome boost to the area's economy.
The branch is due to open at 9am on August 25.
B&M spokeswoman Sian Phillips said: “We’re feeling really positive about the creation of even more jobs for local people and we hope customers are going to be delighted with their new store.
"We are all really excited to get the doors open and welcome our new customers through the door in a few weeks.”
The chain - which also has a branch at Forge Retail Park, in Collier Way, and New Street, Wellington - also sells toys, food, pet goods and toiletries.
Jobs available include sales assistants, floor managers and cleaners and can be applied for via the B&M careers website.
