Two lorries and a car block M54 near Telford after crash
Two lorries and a car were involved in a crash which blocked the motorway on the Shropshire border.
The accident happened on the M54 between Junction 3, near Tong in Shropshire, and Junction 2, near Coven Heath. It was reported at about 10.45pm on Tuesday night and it took four fire engines, police and the ambulance service to deal with the aftermath.
The westbound carriageway was blocked and traffic was at a standstill for about an hour before the emergency crews were able to clear the vehicles onto the hard shoulder.
