The Haybridge – previously known as Manor Heights – is being redeveloped as part of a multi-million pound investment which will see it completely redesigned to offer 61 modern apartments.

The building is being developed by Anacut Developments Ltd and work on the scheme started in January.

There will be one and two bedroom apartments for rent on assured short-hold tenancy agreements. The newly renovated tower block will also feature a concierge, 24-hour security, a private gym, private parking and an apartment cleaning service. The work is due to be completed and the apartments put on the market next spring. The building in Hadley has stood empty for almost two decades.
