GALLERY: Christmas joy as runners stride out on Telford Parkrun
Father Christmas and his elves grabbed their running shoes and took part in a festive run.
The Parkrun on Saturday morning saw 507 runners - many in fancy dress - jog 5k around Telford Town Park.
Chris Hill, who was dressed up as Father Christmas, said: "I love Parkrun because the atmosphere is always great but the Christmas one is fantastic. It's great to see people dressed up and getting festive.
"I come most weeks, I think I've done about 130 and just love it. It's a great place to meet new friends and catch up with others you haven't seen for a while."
Other costumes included Christmas puddings, reindeer, snowmen and even a sprout.

Siobhan Henn from Chirk, who has completed 251 Parkruns, said it was her first time at the Telford course.
"It's great to see so many people out in the fresh air and enjoying themselves," she said.
"The support along the course is amazing. I ran under the bridge and I think there was about 100 people cheering everyone on.
"I always do the Christmas Parkruns and dress up as something different each year. For me it's the best way to start the Christmas holidays."
The runners even crossed the finish line to a medley of Christmas songs.
Laura McGee, who travelled from Wrexham to take part, added: "It was my first time at Telford and I really enjoyed it. There was a lovely festive atmosphere and I loved seeing what everyone was wearing."
