Rebecca Truran has been collecting presents for Hope House in Oswestry for the last four years, and has enlisted the help of Quik Fix Autocare in Wellington, Telford.

The garage is collecting and storing goodies ready to take to the children. They have made Christmas special for hundreds of children over the years, collecting more than 200 presents some years.

Brent Catterson, owner of Quik Fix, said: "It's something we've done every year for a while. It's a good cause that Rebecca's been helping and we wanted to do what we could to help.

"She's done everything off her own back. The first year was quite slow but quite a few people get involved now.

"We want to get as much as we can for the children, so if people want to donate presents they can drop them off at the garage or phone up and we can come and collect them. It's really nice for the kids."

To drop off toys, visit the garage in King Street, Wellington, or if you'd like to donate something that is too big to drop off, call 01952 278463 and Brent can pick it up.
