Newport road set to close due to water work
A temporary road closure is being put in place next month so water work can be carried out.

Severn Trent Water are planning to undertake new water connection works along Longford Road, Newport.
The work is set to start on Monday, October 24 and will last for three days.
The diversion route for vehicular traffic travelling in a north easterly direction will be via Longford Road Junction To Edgmond Split, High Street, Chetwynd Road, Edgmond Road, Chetwynd End, Lower Bar, Salters Lane, Longford Road.
For vehicular traffic travelling in a south westerly direction vice versa.
