Chip pan incident causes fire alert in Telford
Three fire engines were scrambled to reports of a house fire in Telford.
When the crews from Telford Central and Tweedale arrived on the scene in Minton Road at 7.42pm on Wednesday they found a chip pan fire was already out.
A spokesman for Shropshire Fire & Rescue Service said: "This incident was a chip pan fire which was out on arrival, crews used a thermal imaging camera to inspect."
The fire service stop message was sent at 7.55pm.
