The pair were jailed at Shrewsbury Crown Court

Both men, who had come to the country from Albania, had been living at separate properties in Telford, looking after the plants for criminal gangs.

They are the latest Albanians to be caught working as cannabis gardeners in the town after three men were jailed over similar offences in April.

In the latest cases police swooped on two addresses on May 22 this year – one at Blakemore in Brookside and another at Wyvern in Woodside.

At the Blakemore house police discovered Jurgen Kadriu, a 19-year-old, with cannabis plants with a street value of up to £79,900.

Olivia Appleby, prosecuting, said that a total of 95 plants were found in the home, where the electricity had been bypassed.

The downstairs of the house had one room containing 47 plants, with sheeting over the windows, lights, fans and extractor fans.
