The team from the Rose and Crown, in Stirchley, decided to hold a special event for the charity.
Nicholas Bloor, one of those involved, said: "We had a darts competition where everyone was dressed as professional players. There was also a tombola and a raffle with some great prizes. We are grateful to everyone who took part and donated and helped us to raise £510."
The winner of the knockout was Jason Kenderdine and the money was presented to one of the air ambulance volunteers.
