Telford shoplifter with 128 previous offences told security guard 'I'm taking this no matter what'

A Telford drug addict and prolific shoplifter with more than 128 previous offences on his record told a shop security guard who confronted him: "I'm taking this no matter what."

Lee Moseley, 50, of Daddlebrook, Telford, was spared jail after targeting a discount store in the town.

Moseley targeted the B&M store on three separate occasions, magistrates were told on Wednesday.

Lisa Morris-Jones, prosecuting, said Moseley visited the store on three occasions between March and July this year, and stole a range of items including an air fryer, LED strip lights and an HD security camera.
