'Good Samaritans' to rescue after mother separated from her children in railway platform mishap
'Good Samaritans' stepped in to help after three Telford children became separated from their mother - when they got off a train but the doors closed before she could follow them onto the platform.
The family arrived at Telford Central Railway Station on Thursday evening, where the children got off the train but the doors closed before their mother could exit.
The train left, leaving the mother with no option but to get off at the next stop at Wellington Railway Station, where a member of the public saw her in distress and came to her aid.
After explaining what had happened the man drove her back to Telford Central, but the three children, aged two, five and nine, were nowhere to be seen.
