Telford man to stand trial accused of breaking colleague's wrist in row over car share petrol money
A Telford man accused of pushing over a work colleague and breaking their wrist in a row over petrol money, is to stand trial for assault occasioning grievous bodily harm.
Matthew Mark Evans, 37, of Little Meadow Mews, Lightmoor, denies assaulting his co-worker on New Year's Eve last year.
Telford Magistrates Court heard on Tuesday that Mr Evans was accused of pushing over his colleague, who suffered a broken wrist in the alleged incident.
