Seven Trent has apologised to anyone experiencing problems in the TF2 area of the town.
A statement on its website says: "We’d like to apologise to anyone experiencing poor pressure in the TF2 area of Telford. Our teams are investigating the cause and working hard to get everything back to normal as quickly as possible."
The company says it will make sure its incident page is updated as it receives more information.
