Learner driver's car seized after police spot him being supervised by 15-year-old
A learner driver was stopped by police and had his car seized after he told police the passenger supervising him was his own 15-year-old daughter.
Police stopped the Vauxhall Meriva in Donnington at about 11.15am on Sunday.
Officers from Shropshire's Operational Patrol Unit tweeted: "We asked this learner driver who was supervising them."
They were unimpressed to hear that the answer was: "My 15-year-old daughter."
The vehicle has been seized and the driver has been reported for driving in breach of licence conditions and without third party insurance.
