Derelict land containing dilapidated buildings with missing walls up for auction
Derelict buildings with missing walls are part of a site that's going to a property auction later this month.
The site at Woodcote, south of Newport, has been listed by Allsop ahead of the auction on April 18.
The site has a guide price of £450,000.
Photos from the 0.677-hectare (1.672-acre) site show dilapidated nature of the buildings, with numerous missing walls and much of the area overgrown.
