Delays for drivers as hole opens up in Shifnal road
Drivers were caught up in on the roads in Shifnal this afternoon after a hole opened up on a busy island.

A small hole has appeared near to a drain on the Five Ways Island at Shifnal.
Twitter user @Ravedaze tweeted:
Workers were dispatched from Shropshire Council to carry out emergency repairs.
Part of Haughton Lane was closed to allow for the work, with temporary traffic lights in place.
