Following the works on the fitness suite, there will also be the refurbishment of the health suite's sauna, steam room and spa area.
The aspirations fitness suite and swimming pool will remain staffed and open throughout the works.
But the fitness studio will be closed and a satellite class programme will be brought in
All fitness classes have been accommodated nearby to reduce disruption.
The gym will re-open fully in August 2017.
