Man suffers smoke inhalation in fire at Telford flat
A man suffered smoke inhalation in a fire at a flat in Telford today.
Clothing caught fire in the kitchen of a ground-floor flat at Hadrian Flats on Kingshaye Road, Wellington.
Two crews from Wellington fire station were called to the scene at 8.30am today, along with an ambulance.
Firefighters used jets to put out the fire.
One male was suffering the effects of smoke inhalation. Jamie Arrowsmith, a spokesman for West Midlands Ambulance Service said he was discharged at the scene.
