Inquest opens on worker trapped in machine at Telford factory
An inquest has opened into a man who died after becoming trapped in a machine at a Telford factory.

Steven Westbrook, 47, died on December 17, four days after an incident at GKN Wheels and Structures in Hadley.
An inquest heard Mr Westbrook, a technician from Wellington, was working on December 13 when he came into contact with a machine.
He was taken to the Royal Stoke University Hospital where he died on December 17.
Senior coroner John Ellery adjourned the hearing until April 9.
