Low level mist on the Wrekin prompts calls to fire brigade
Fire crews rushed to a report of a fire atop the Wrekin, to find it was nothing but mist.
Fire control received a report of fire at the top of the Wrekin at just after 5.20pm on Thursday.
Two fire engines were sent from Telford Central and Wellington stations, but the report was fortunately found to be a false alarm, caused by low level mist.
