Maserati will produce only 200 special edition Ghibli Ribelles
Ghibli Ribelle offers blacked-out interior and exterior trim but no mechanical changes

Maserati has added a special edition Ribelle model to its Ghibli range and only 200 will be made.
The Ghibli Ribelle sees no mechanical changes, but receives a visual makeover in the colour it takes its name from – Nero Ribelle Mica.
The exterior of the car is finished almost entirely in this black, though the car’s 19-inch alloy wheels feature laser-etched red highlights on five of the spokes. These are mirrored in the red brake calipers.

Inside, there’s a two-tone black and red scheme, with a split dashboard, black door panels and steering wheel, and premium black and red leather upholstery.
To signify that you’re in a special edition, each Ribelle features a numbered plaque on the dash, featuring the Maserati trident with the ‘Ribelle’ logo. It’s finished in piano black wood and Maserati assures buyers it will be visible to all of the vehicles occupants.
For buyers wanting a little more premium equipment, there’s an optional Ribelle Plus package adding laminated privacy glass, full-LED Matrix headlights, a sunroof and Harman Kardon premium sound system.
Mechanically, the Ghibli Ribelle is identical to the standard model. It’s a compact executive saloon, rivalling the likes of the BMW 3 Series and Mercedes C-Class, and offers a choice of two petrol engines with 345bhp or 424bhp, or a lone 271bhp diesel.
Prices have not been announced for the Ghibli Ribelle, but expect a hefty premium over the standard car’s £51,600 starting price. It will go on sale in Europe, the Middle East and Africa from the beginning of October.
