Here’s Whitchurch Grammar School in Bargates in the town, as seen in a postcard which we imagine will be from around 1912. Although the building looks much the same today. It is, however, no longer a school. It is a listed building – that is, given a measure of protection for having historical or architectural interest. The picture was loaned by Mrs Diana Humphreys, of Maesbrook.
