New owner for Grocott store

The Square, Shrewsbury, showing Grocott store, pictured in April, 1968. The Grocott building, which had been empty for a long while, had just been sold by Hall, Wateridge and Owen in conjunction with Healey and Baker of London. The price mentioned for negotiating was £70,000.
