Castle home was a Major offer

This 18th century Gothic-style country cottage on the private estate of Major Hubert Holden, of Sibdon Castle, near Craven Arms, was pictured in June, 1961. Major Holden had offered the dream home on a long lease to a family who would appreciate it and put it in good order. The Mount family was chosen.
