Yew Tree Manor, just outside Newport, is described by estate agents Savills as "an enchanting period farmhouse, thought to have been built in the 1680s".
The five-bedroom house is up for sale with a guide price of £650,000 and has four reception rooms, exposed timber beams, open fireplaces and an acre of land.
Savills says the property was once part of the Duke of Sutherland's estate, but there is very little written about its history.
As a boy, Mr Corbyn went to the fee-paying preparatory school, Castle House, in Newport, before going on to study at Adams' Grammar School.
Savills say: "It retains a wealth of original and later period features, such as the exposed timber frame."
