Got a spare £1 million? This seven-bed Edwardian home in beautiful south Shropshire could be yours
A beautiful seven-bedroom Edwardian house nestled close to a south Shropshire beauty spot has come on the property market.
With a guide price of £1 million the house Sandford Avenue, Church Stretton would need monthly mortgage payments of £5,728 over 25 years to buy.
And that is if you are able to stump up a 10 per cent deposit of £100,000, according to the Rightmove website's mortgage calculator.
But if you happen to be a millionaire with a few quid spare, the freehold house with seven bedrooms and five bathrooms could be just what the property agent ordered.
It was put on Rightmove by the Ludlow branch of Strutt and Parker on July 11 and they describe the property as "an elegant Edwardian detached property spread over three floors in more than 4,500 square feet."
