Plans for a 31-home development look set to be approved at Telford & Wrekin Council planning committee meeting next week, subject to a number of conditions.

The site, off Hem Lane, lies on the border of Telford & Wrekin and Shropshire Council.

The land, to the west of the Grade II listed Hem Manor Farmhouse, is currently occupied by a dwelling known as Ridgeways.
