The wait is almost over for the much-hyped Untitled Goose Game that was first teased back in 2017.

For anyone needing a reminder, the simple but entertaining premise of the game is to go around being a mean-spirited goose, wreaking havoc on humankind.

Australian indie studio House House has now revealed the goose will be set loose on the Nintendo Switch, as well as PC and Mac in early 2019.

The aim of the Untitled Goose Game, described as a slapstick-stealth-sandbox, is to set up pranks, steal objects, or honk a lot, in a bid to be the most disturbing goose an unsuspecting village has ever seen.

A new trailer for the game shows just how horrible this goose can be to a man innocently tending to his garden, a worker busily sweeping and a person relaxing with a cup of tea – no one is safe from the torment.

People lucky enough to be at the PAX West conference in Seattle this weekend will be able to play the game for the first time, but everyone else will have to wait until next year.
