Road works start in two areas of Shrewsbury
Roadworks were today starting in two areas of Shrewsbury for three days.
Two-way traffic signals are being put in place on two areas of the A488 at Hanwood Village until Friday.
The one set of roadworks is near Bryn Coed, for Fulcrum Pipelines Limited to install a new gas pipe, while the other, near Rhos Y Bedw, is for Openreach to complete works in the footpath.
There are also multi-way signals on the B5067 from Berwick Road end to the former north Shropshire district boundary until Friday. Openreach is locating and clearing blockages in the verge and carriageway.
