Traffic delays expected with roadworks in four areas of Shrewsbury
Traffic delays are expected in four areas of Shrewsbury as roadworks begin.
Western Power Distribution started the road works yesterday and they are set to be completed on Tuesday.
The work will take place outside 201 Whitchurch Road.
Meanwhile, roadworks also started in Shrewsbury Road, Albrighton, yesterday and will finish tomorrow.
Openreach has applied to carry out the work, and there will be two-way signals.
There will also be two-way traffic signals at Redhill, from Hook-a-Gate to Overbridge, Shrewsbury.
Severn Trent Water were set to start the work today and carry on until Saturday, where two-way signals will control traffic from Redhill Drive to Annscroft
The company is putting in a new clean water connection.
