Delays after car hits tree on A49 near Shrewsbury
Traffic was delayed on the A49 near Shrewsbury when a car left the carriageway and hit a tree.
Emergency services were called to the village of Leebotwood on Tuesday afternoon to reports of an accident.
Traffic was stationary while the incident, which took place just before 5pm, was dealt with and long tailbacks were reported.
Both the ambulance service and police were on scene.
