Busy Newport road to be closed for work
A busy Newport road will be closed for carriageway repairs on Sunday.
Stafford Street will be closed for eight-and-a-half hours, from 9.30am until 6pm.
Diversions will be in place both north and south from the street during the closure.
People will be able to travel past Cosy Hall and back down Water Lane, or south past Costa Coffee and then around Newport Junior School to come out near The New Inn.
