Shropshire bus changes: Protest march date is set
Protestors will take to the streets later this month over plans by Shropshire Council to change bus services in the county.
The march will take place on April 27 and will start in The Square in Shrewsbury at 11am.
Of particular concern are plans to increase the fares on the town's Park & Ride service, scrapping the group ride fare of £2.50 for up to five people and phasing out the concession rate.
The proposals are currently subject to a consultation being carried out by Shropshire Council.
